Exempting Land in the Auckland Land District From the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection (2) of section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be exempt from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
