Vesting a Reserve in the Kaitieke County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of November 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for county purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaitieke:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kaitieke, in trust, for county purposes.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 3, Block V, Owhango Township, situated in Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District: Area, 1 rood, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 15771.)

And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi, in trust, for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, being Reserve 4479, also described as Lot 26 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch under No. 15069 (part Rural Section 94), and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 539, folio 18 (Canterbury Registry), subject to drainage easement created by Transfer No. 356453, and subject to a building line restriction contained in Authority 1858.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a quarry and site for a roadman’s cottage:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikohu:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waikohu, in trust, for a quarry and site for a roadman’s cottage.

Recreation Reserve in the South Auckland Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the South Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Te Awamutu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Te Awamutu Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 24·5 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 12169, being part Allotment 19, Township of Te Awamutu, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 286, folio 59 (Auckland Registry).

Recreation Reserve in South Auckland Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the South Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Coronation Park Domain, and shall be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block III, Waihi North Survey District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres and 30 perches, more or less, being Lot 125 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 35465, and being part Waihi No. 5 Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 613, folio 181 (Auckland Registry).
