A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Stoke Substation).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 10 acres 5·3 perches.
Being all the land on D.P. 4448, being part Section 49, District of Suburban South.
Situated in Block IV, Waimea Survey District (Nelson Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of October 1952.

Being part D.P. 888, being part Section 17.
Situated in the Sawyers Bay Survey District (Borough of West Harbour), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11625.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138379, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
