A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of October 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of October 1952.
