PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Bruce County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped : 1 acre and 36-8 perches.
Adjoining Section 794R, Block VI, Hillend Survey District, and Section I and Closed Road, Block VIII, North Tuakitoto Survey District, and part Lot 3, D.P. 2607, being part Sections 3 and 4, Block III, North Tuakitoto Survey District, and part Section 1083R, Block VI, Hillend Survey District.

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Tauranga Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less that 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 137791, referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 48 ft. from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District, Borough of Tauranga, to be known as Garden Place, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 16-5 perches, more or less, being part Lot 16, D.P. 26973, being part Allotment 65, Suburbs of Tauranga. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137791, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Follett Street, in the Borough of Marton Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928

PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the following resolution passed by the Marton Borough
Council on the 27th day of May 1952, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Schedule hereto, viz:-
"The Marton Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Marton, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the southern side of the portion of Follett Street adjoining that piece of land, being all the land in the certificate of title, Volume 364, folio 143 (Wellington Registry)."

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, Borough of Marton, known as Follett Street, fronting part Section 17 on the plan of the Agricultural Reserve in the Rangitikei District, Borough of Marton.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in him by section 6 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access-way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of New Plymouth and be under the control and management of the New Plymouth City Council.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the access-way dealt with : 9-18 perches. Being Lot 58, D.P. 6903, being part Section 61, Grey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 28, folio 177 (Taranaki Land Registry).

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Horowhenua County, commencing at its junction with Gear Road and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 17 chains, more or less, adjoining Lot 34 and part Lot 35, D.P. 2576, being part of Ngakaroro 2F, situated in Block II, Kaitawa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137992, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
