Revoking Parts of Proclamations Defining and Altering the Middle-line of a Road in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District—viz., a Portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 6th day of October 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 65 of the 8th day of the same month, at page 1838, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2502, and also hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 9th day of April 1937, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 24 of the 15th day of the same month, at page 994, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2550, defining and altering, respectively, the middle-line of a road—viz., a portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road, in so far as they affect the area of 6 acres 0 roods 39·9 perches, more or less, being the Native Land Court Subdivision known as Paekakariki No. 2A 2, situated in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 376, folio 239 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of September 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken : 15 perches.
Being Lot 5, D.P. 809, being part Rural Section 370, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 129, folio 278 (Canterbury Land Registry). Situated in Block X, Rangiora Survey District.
