1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator
of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the
land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
1 rood 10·5 perches.
Being Lot 8, D.P. 14160, being part Rural Sections 221 and 222.
Situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, and being
the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 359, folio 109 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137995, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.
