PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey
Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first des-
cribed in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of the
right-of-way appurtenant thereto, created by Deed dated the 1st
day of September 1905 (filed with Application No. 4180 (Auckland
Registry) ), and the land secondly described in the said Schedule,
are hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of
September 1952.

in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 8th day of September 1952.
