PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of an
aerodrome (Homer Beacon); and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 2 roods
29 perches.
Being part Lot 7, D.P. 8068, being part Allotments 32, 37, and 138,
Parish of Tamahere.
Situated in Block III, Hamilton Survey District (Auckland

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137915, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
