Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block I, Wendon District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 1133, being part Section 57, Block I, Wendon District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 92, folio 140 (Southland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of August 1952.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1952.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137923, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Motueka as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of August 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8·8 perches.
Being part Section 152, Motueka District, and being all of the land in D.P. 4562.

Situated in Block IV, Motueka Survey District (Borough of Motueka), and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 60, folio 282 (Nelson Land Registry).
