P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard
Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, and hereby
declare the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and subject to and together
with the rights described in the said Second Schedule.

P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which was acquired, as to the land secondly described in the said
Schedule, together with the benefit of the drainage rights reserved
by Memorandum of Transfer No. 119895 (Otago Land Registry) for
a Government work, and is not now required for that purpose, to
be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, together with the
benefit of the said drainage rights.
