A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day
of August 1952.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, subject to the drainage rights created by Memo-
randum of Transfer No. 120096 (Auckland Registry), and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for a public
school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 11th day of August 1952.
