Land Held for a Public School Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District
[L.S.] FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of July 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 4 acres 2 roods 3.9 perches. Being part land on D.P. 10783, being part Allotment 41, Papakura Parish. Situated in Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37239.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137555, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of July 1952.

[L.S.] FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a police-station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of July 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 23 perches. Being Lot 253, D.P. 38233, being portion of Allotment 41, District of Tamaki, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 721, folio 87, and Volume 850, folio 255 (Auckland Land Registry). Situated in the Borough of Mount Wellington.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Albert William Coster, of Muriwai Beach, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 749, folio 199 (Auckland Registry), is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of an aerodrome (fan-marker); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of July 1952.
