Land Subject to the Housing Act 1919 Declared Crown Land Available for Reservation Under the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 36·07 perches, more or less, being Lot 55, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 15546, being part Section 17, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 108, folio 237 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of July 1952.

PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being lot 42 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 37678, being part Allotment 5 of Section 14, and part Allotment 2 of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland, and land below mean high-water mark as shown in a Proclamation deposited as aforesaid under No. 12585, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 880, folio 38 (Auckland Registry). PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton — New Plymouth railway.

In the Taranaki Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 10319, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1952.
