A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day
of July 1952.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 30·4 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 34567, being Allotment 17 and part
Allotment 18, Section 43, City of Auckland.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City of
Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37065.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137643,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day
of July 1952.

hereto is taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 28th day of July 1952.

hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day
of July 1952.

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 5·1 perches.
Being part Allotment 164, Pakuranga Parish.
Situated in Block VII, Wairoa Survey District (Auckland
