A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1952.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome (housing); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 8·2 perches.
Being Sections 93, 94, 95, and 96, Town of Carter's Beach.
Situated in Block II, Steeples Survey District (Nelson R.D.).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137497, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
