A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 19.9 perches. Being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 8836, being part Reserve 1310, situated in Block XII, Christchurch Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 106, folio 237 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1952.
