Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks IX and XIII, Whangarei Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of September 1947, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56 of the 25th day of the same month, at page 1372, defining the middle-line of a road in Blocks IX and XIII, Whangarei Survey District, in so far as it affects part Lots 1, 2, and 3, D.P. 23260, being part of Allotment 19, Suburbs of Grahamtown, being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 888, folio 181 (Auckland Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of July 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of July 1952.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 28·4 perches.
Being parts Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 2599.

Situated in Block VII, Moeraki Survey District (Otago R.J.). (S.O. 11486.)

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137223, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Situated in Block III, Cloudy Bay Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3979.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134534, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Being part of Section 7, Evans Bay District, and comprising Lots 3 and 4 on Deposited Plan No. 3474, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 241, folio 228 (Wellington Land Registry).

Situated in the City of Wellington.
