A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 3 roods 34·9 perches.
Being part Section 1; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
