Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·34 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 4866, being part Section 28, Karori District.
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 22355.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137513, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of July 1952.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 50 ft. below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land of which the surface and portion of the subsoil is proclaimed as road: 3 roods 22·9 perches.
Being Lot 27, D.P. 32688 (Town of Rotowaro Extension No. 4), being portion of that part of Allotment 78, Parish of Pepepe, called Lot No. 78B No. 2, Parish of Pepepe, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 296, folio 260 (Auckland Registry).
