CORRIGENDUM

In the New Zealand Gazette No. 44, dated 26 June 1952, page 1123, under the heading “Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936”, notice was given of an application having been made by Rangitikei Motor Co., Ltd., Hunterville, for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on proposed garage premises at Hunterville.

This notice is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted therefor :—

“Rangitikei Motor Co., Ltd., Hunterville, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from three pumps to be installed on proposed garage premises at Hunterville.

“Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application should, not later than 24 July 1952, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea and Whangarei Counties, containing by admeasurement 395 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Section 2, Block I, Waipu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 11/14, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 22381.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1952.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County, containing by admeasurement 280 acres and 30 perches, more or less, and being Section 5, Block XIII, Waitahu Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 120/56, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plan S.O. 8386.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1952.

Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 3·92 perches.

Being Lot 93, D.P. 15830, being part Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui River, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 568, folio 47 (Wellington Land Registry).

Situated in the City of Wanganui.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of July 1952.
