Amending a Proclamation Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to
the Purposes of a Road at Claverley

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 7th day
of March 1952, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 21 of
the thirteenth day of the same month at page 366, allocating land
taken for a railway to the purposes of a road at Claverley and in
lieu thereof hereby proclaim and declare that the Railway land
allocated for road purposes shall be that described in the Schedule
hereto.

785, situated in Block XXI, Hundalee Survey

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more

the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
