Land Held for the Purposes of an Aerodrome (Housing) Set Apart
for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Henderson

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of
the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto,
now held for the purposes of an aerodrome (housing), is hereby
set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of June
1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 2·3 perches.
Being Lot 9, D.P. 20253, being portion of Allotment 90, Parish
of Waikomiti, and being part of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 671, folio 163 (Auckland
Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Henderson.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day
of June 1952.

Balclutha

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 30th day of June 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood
6·24 perches.

Being part Allotment 26, D.P. 397, Rosebank Estate, and being
part Section 13, Block XXXIII, and part Section 448R, Clutha
Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 265, folio 86 (Otago
Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Balclutha.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril,
Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a hospital, and shall vest in the Auckland
Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 30th day of June 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 30·9 perches.
Being part Allotment 20A of Section 2, Parish of Takapuna.

Situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Borough of
Devonport), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36123.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137224, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day
