Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work, and Not Required
for That Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land;
82 acres 2 roods 20 perches.
Being part Rural Sections 23904 and 23903–23905.

Situated in Block XII, Alford Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.). (S.O. 7668.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123497,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon edged orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day
of June 1952.

Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
3 roods 19·68 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, D.P. 13212, being part of Section 142,
Taratahi Plain Block, situated in the Borough of Carterton,
and being the whole of the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 530, folio 88 (Wellington Land
Registry).

Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto,
which was acquired subject to the fencing agreement contained in
Memorandum of Transfer No. 80730 (Taranaki Land Registry), to
be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject to the
said fencing agreement.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
2 roods 5·92 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 6957, being part Section 121, Moa District,
and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 161, folio 71 (Taranaki Land Registry).

Situated in Block IV, Egmont Survey District (Borough of
Inglewood).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day

Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of
Mount Roskill), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36165.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137238, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.
