12 JUNE] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE 1007 Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Thames [L.S.] FREYBERG, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.
