A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for abattoir purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres 2 roods 39·34 perches.

Being part Section 5, Porirua District.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22418.)

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an electric-power substation; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain cables along, under, or over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to convey electricity through the said cables; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the said land and the said easement shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the rights-of-way granted and reserved by Transfer No. 286770, for workers' dwellings, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Eastbourne as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 13·71 perches. Being Lots 1, 2 and 3, D.P. 11024, being part Section 45, Harbour District.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for public buildings of the General Government, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 3 roods 39·9 perches. Being part Section 976, Town of Palmerston North, and being Lot 2, D.P. 2450, and being also all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 17 (Wellington Land Registry).
