Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
29·5 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 34575, being part Allotment 57, Parish of
Kirikiriroa; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 0·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 34575, being Allotment 57A,
Parish of Kirikiriroa; coloured green.

All situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District
(Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 35214.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137062,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day
of May 1952.

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 7474, being part Allotment 149, Matata Parish.

Situated in Block VI, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35356.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137103, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 26·7 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 2, D.P.S. 366 (Town of Coromandel Extension No. 8), being part Section 10, Town of Kapanga, being part Allotment 1, Parish of Kapanga, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 570, folio 276, Volume 570, folio 187, and Volume 572, folio 14 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 36·5 perches.
Being Section 3, Block X, Town of Roxburgh, and being the whole of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 324, folio 170 (Otago Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Roxburgh.

and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day
