A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 21 acres 3 roods 36 perches.
Being part Allotment 7, Waipareira Parish.
Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of Henderson), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36999.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137080, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 13 acres 1 rood 5·89 perches.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 24·91 perches.
Being Section 98 and parts Sections 89 and 90, Town of Wanganui.
Situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District (City of Wanganui). (S.O. 22518.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137122, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 20 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 1358, being part Section 97, Town of Wanganui, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 149, folio 208 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Wanganui.
