A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 8·6 perches, more or less, being Lots 14 and 15 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch, under No. 15781, being part Rural Section 108, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 298, folio 274 (Canterbury Registry).

Declaring Lands in Canterbury Land District Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) it is provided that, notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act, the Governor-General may from time to time, by Proclamation, declare that any school-site or part of a school-site which in his opinion is no longer required for that purpose shall be vested in Her Majesty; and thereupon the school-site or part thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in Her Majesty freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date of the Proclamation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the said Act, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board, as sites for public schools, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch under No. 4852, being part Rural Section 321, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 309, folio 177 (Canterbury Registry).
Also all that area situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 0·4 perch, more or less, being Lot 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Christchurch under No. 10156, part Rural Section 321, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 392, folio 261 (limited as to parcels), (Canterbury Registry).

Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland. (S.O. 37003.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked I.O. 11504, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.

Being part Lot 27, Deeds Plan 65, being part Section 11.
