Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 acres 2 roods 20 perches.
Being Allotments 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block III, D.P. 289, Township of Waverley, being parts of Sections 4 and 5, Block V, Anderson’s Bay Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 176, folio 269 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Dunedin.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of May 1952.

Being part Section 585, Town of Wellington.
Situated in the City of Wellington, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 350, folio 55 (Wellington Registry).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto, together with drainage rights over Lot 1, D.P. 2831, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 74390 (Otago Land Registry), is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 27·2 perches.
Being Allotment 2, D.P. 2831, being part Section 22, Block XIV, Town of Dunedin, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 191, folio 107 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Dunedin.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135247, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of May 1952.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 37·3 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 6560, being part Section 17, Watts Peninsula District.
Situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 22357.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137099, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
