Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Pharmacy Industry
C. J. Arroll, Birkenhead, Auckland, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Hobsons Drive, between Coates and Court Crescents, Tamaki, Auckland.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
S. N. Tibble and J. C. W. Walker, Lyttelton, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on proposed garage and service-station premises adjoining 34 London Street, Lyttelton.
B. Hedley, Wairoa, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Carroll Street, Wairoa.
Hillsdene Motors, Ltd., Tauranga, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on the Tauranga Wharf.
W. Brockway, Tauranga, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed at new garage premises on Main Road, Bethlehem.
Kaiparoro Co-op. Dairy Co., Ltd., Kaiparoro, have applied for a licence to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on their premises at Kaiparoro.
Wright Stephenson and Co., Ltd., Feilding, have applied for permission to change the site of their petrol reselling pump from its present position to the opposite side of Manchester Street, Feilding.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later that 1 May 1952, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of Lease 3118 affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 453, folio 13 (Auckland Registry), whereof THE AUCKLAND HOSPITAL BOARD is the lessor and AGNES MOFFAT ELLIOT, of Auckland, Married Woman (now a widow), is the lessee having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a provisional lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional lease on 2 May 1952.
