A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Waitaki River Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of April 1952.
