THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Lower Hutt City Council.
