THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Gisborne Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Hatea-arangi Memorial Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Hatea-arangi Memorial Park Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 11, Block VIII, Tuatini Maori Township, situated in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District : Area, 2 acres 3 roods 9.8 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 4616.)

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Fairfield Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 4.72 perches, more or less, being Lot 72 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin under No. 6687, being part Sections 20 and 21, Green Island West Survey District.

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Tasman Memorial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Tasman Memorial Domain Board.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, being part of Section 101, District of Moutere Hills, situated in Block XII, Motueka Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 112, folio 210 (Nelson Registry).

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Waimeha Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Waimeha Domain Board.

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserves for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form parts of the Kimbolton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kimbolton Domain Board.

ALL that area situated in Block I, Pohangina Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 34.62 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 14893, being part Rural Section 265, Township of Sandon, and being part of land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 90, folio 182 (Wellington Registry).
Also all that area situated in Block I, Pohangina Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 14.24 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 14893, being part Rural Section 265, Township of Sandon, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 76, folio 226 (Wellington Registry).

Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in Waimea Survey District, Nelson Land District

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is part of a reserve for the Public Service of the Province of Nelson :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a public cemetery :
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby changed from a reserve for the Public Service of the Province of Nelson to a reserve for a public cemetery.
