Price Order No. 1344 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1333) (Barley)

P URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1344, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1333* (hereinafter
    referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of February 1952.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) By omitting subclause (1) of clause 10 and substituting the following subclause :—

“(1) Subject to the following provisions of this clause, the maximum price that may be charged or received by any grower for any
barley to which this Order applies shall be determined as follows :—

“‘When grown in the South Island : 7s. 7d. per bushel f.o.r.s.e. the grower's station.

“‘When grown in the North Island : 8s. 7d. per bushel f.o.r.s.e. the grower's station.”

(b) By omitting the table following the proviso to subclause (1) of clause 11 with respect to wholesale Distributor’s prices and substituting
the following table :—

“ When Sold for Delivery Dunedin or Bluff. Oamaru, Timaru, Blenheim. Picton or Nelson.
or Lyttelton. s. d. s. d. s. d. s. d.
Not later than May in the year following the date of sowing 9 10½ 9 9 9 7 9 10
During the month of June 9 11½ 9 10 9 8 9 11
During the month of July 10 0½ 9 11 9 9 10 0

Price Order No. 1347 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1336)

(Wheat Grown in the North of New Zealand)

P URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and
Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1347 and shall
    be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1336*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of
    February 1952.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting from
    subclause (1) of clause 9 with respect to growers’ prices the figure
    “lls. 11½d.” and substituting the figure “12s. 2½d.”.

Price Order No. 1348 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order 1298),
(Sugar)

P URSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and
Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1348 and shall
    be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1298*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of
    February 1952.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :—

(a) By inserting in subclause (1) of clause 7 and in the Fourth
Schedule after the word “Nelson” wherever it appears
the word “Blenheim”.

(b) By omitting the figure “£63 4s. 10d.” where it appears
opposite the words “Boil out” in the Second Schedule
(as substituted by Price Order No. 1317†) and substituting
the figure “£63 14s. 10d.”.

(c) By inserting in the Fifth Schedule after the word
“Johnsonville” where it appears opposite the word
“Wellington” the words “and those places known as
Days Bay, Lowry Bay, and Howard Point.”
