Price Order No. 1346 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1335) (Wheat Grown in the South Island of New Zealand)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :-

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1346 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1335* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of February 1952.
  3. The principal Order is hereby amended as follows :-

(a) By omitting the table to subclause (1) of clause 9 with respect to growers' prices and substituting the following table :-

When Sold for Delivery During the Months- October to December (inclusive).
"Locality Where Wheat Grown. Per Bushel.
January to March (inclusive). Per Bushel. April. Per Bushel.
North of a straight line drawn from Waikouaiti to Queenstown 10 0
South of the said straight line 10 0

(b) By omitting paragraph (a) of clause 10 with respect to brokers' prices and substituting the following paragraph :-

"(a) The amount paid to the grower for the wheat, reduced by 3d. per bushel :"

Price Order No. 1345 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1334) (Malting Barley)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :-

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1345, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1334* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
  2. This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of February 1952.
  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by omitting the table to subclause (1) of clause 9 with respect to growers' prices and substituting the following table :-
