Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences Under Part III
of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936

Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit

J. T. Jackson, Tauranga - Te Puke Highway on turn off to
Mount Maunganui, has applied for a licence to resell motor-spirits
from one pump to be installed on store premises on the Tauranga –
Te Puke Highway on turn off to Mount Maunganui.

G. N. Saunders, Awahuri Road, Feilding, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirits from six pumps to be installed on
service station and garage premises at Awahuri Road, Feilding.

H. W. Hesseltine, 5 Haggitt Street, Feilding, has applied for a
licence to resell motor-spirits from one pump to be installed on
service station and garage premises at 5 Haggitt Street, Feilding.

L. M. Harbottle, Thames Street West, Morrinsville, has applied
for a licence to resell motor-spirits from one pump to be installed
on service station and garage premises in Thames Street West,
Morrinsville.

Morris and Ward, Limited, Old Taupo Road, Rotorua, have
applied for a licence to resell motor-spirits from one pump to be
installed on service station and garage premises at Old Taupo Road,
Rotorua.

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on
these applications should, not later than 28 February 1952, submit
any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of
Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part I of theMaori Land
Amendment Act 1936 (Hauraki Development Scheme)

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto,
a certain notice dated the 20th day of February 1939 and published
in New Zealand Gazette No. 11 of the 23rd day of February 1939,
at page 288, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land
Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
