A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato railway.

Defining the Middle-line of the Rosebank Section of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the Rosebank section of the Avondale – Pollen Island railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

COMMENCING at a point on the eastern boundary of Lot 54, D.P. 177, approximately 10 chains north-east of Rosebank Road, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 1 mile 30 chains, passing in, into, through or over the following lands, &c.—viz., Lot 54, D.P. 177 (C.T. 89/142); Lot 55, D.P. 177 (C.T. 89/218); Lot 6, D.P. 399 (C.T. 111/193); Lot 5, D.P. 399 (C.T. 44/46); Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 399 (C.T. 89/295); Lot 1, D.P. 399 (C.T. 89/296); part Lot 56, D.P. 3626 (C.T. 340/15); part Lot 56, D.P. 3626 (C.T. 827/30); part Lot 56, D.P. 3626 (C.T. 135/64); Lot 57, D.P. 177 (C.T. 30/20); Auckland Harbour (Auckland Harbour Development Act 1949); part Lot 2, D.P. 13939 (C.T. 996/119); land on D.P. 21437 (C.T. 871/154); Lot 1, D.P. 20539 (C.T. 459/298); Lots 62, 63, and 64, D.P. 20251 (C.T. 808/23); Lot 1, D.P. 16251 (C.T. 263/170); and terminating at the Auckland Harbour on the boundary between D.P. 16251 and D.P. 20251; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, streets, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.
