Land Taken for an Automatic-telephone Exchange in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of February 1952.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 19·12 perches.
Being part Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 5143, and being part Section 6.

Situated in the North East Valley Survey District (City of Dunedin), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11516.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136304, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1952.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of February 1952.

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 7·8 perches.
Being part Town Section 24, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 398, folio 207 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Lyttelton (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8406.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136081, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Approximate areas of the pieces of land taken:—

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation-ground and shall vest in the Otorohanga Town Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of February 1952.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 2·8 perches.
Being Allotment 4, Block XVII, Otorohanga Maori Township (D.P. 19460).

Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District (Otorohanga Town District), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34836.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 136275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 307 acres 3 roods 31 perches.
Being Section 2, excepting thereout the public road one chain wide running through the said Section and the River Cobb.

Situated in Block XVI, Anatoki Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 24, folio 205, Nelson Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1952.
