Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 549 acres and 21 perches, more or less, being Sections 28, 44, and 45, Block X, Takahue Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 4/21, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plans S.O. 19532 and S.O. 22817.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1952.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 1,222 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Sections 7, 9, and 11, Block III, Lillburn Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 200/16, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton — New Plymouth railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 rood 33·7 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 2408, being part Section 54, Turakina District.
Situated in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District, Rangitikei County. (S.O. 22474.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11365, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of February 1952.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington—Napier railway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street diversions in connection therewith.

FOR RAILWAY
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 26·68 perches.
Being part Lot 118, D.P. 1158, being part Heretaunga Block; coloured orange.
