Additional Land at Wallaceville Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS additional land is required at Wallaceville for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier railway:

Now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier railway.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being
0 0 31·45 Part Section 98A, Hutt District; coloured orange.

Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Hutt County. (S.O. 22456)

A. R. P. Being
0 0 2·91 Part Lot 13, D.P. 1560, being part Section 125, Hutt District; coloured sepia.
0 0 2·91 Part Lot 14, D.P. 1560, being part Section 125, Hutt District; coloured blue.

Both situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Borough of Upper Hutt. (S.O. 22456.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11278, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1951.

Additional Land at Puha Taken for the Purposes of the Gisborne-Rotorua Railway

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS additional land is required at Puha for the purposes of the Gisborne-Rotorua railway:

Now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 27·8 perches.

Being part Lot 7, D.P. 1325, being part Pukepapa D Block, Block IV, Waikohu Survey District.

Situated in Waikohu County. (S.O. 4684.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11257, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of December 1951.

Declaring Portions of Railway Land at Onerahi to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of the Kawakawa-Grahamtown railway and is no longer required for that purpose:

Now, therefore, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:—

0 1 12·6 Portion of railway land in Proclamation 3127, being formerly part Section 390 (E.R.) Grahamtown.

All situated in Block XIII, Whangarei Survey District, Onerahi Town District. (S.O. 16819.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11272, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown Land: 1 rood 27·75 perches.

Being Lots 80 and 81, D.P. 8032, being part Heretaunga Block, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 90643 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Hastings.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 131037, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1951.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown Land: 24·5 perches.

Being Lot 14, D.P. 10253, being part Allotment 16, Section 35, Town of Onehunga, situated in the Borough of Onehunga, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 357, folio 181 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1951.
