PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights-of-way created by Memoranda of Transfer Nos. 13933, 24036, and 68281, Taranaki Land Registry, and together with the rights-of-way created by Conveyance No. 29272 (R. 32/297) and Memorandum of Transfer No. 13933, Taranaki Land Registry, to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject to and together with the aforesaid easements.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 31·31 perches.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 16·89 perches.

Being the land in Proclamation No. 4238, being part Lot 13, Pipitea Pa Reserve, situated in the City of Wellington, and being the balance of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 192, folio 55 (Wellington Land Registry).
