(2) Richmond Road route :—

(a) Lines for one-way traffic commencing at the intersection
of Wellesley Street West and Albert Street and pro-
ceeding northerly along Albert Street to its intersection
with Victoria Street West.

(b) Lines for two-way traffic commencing at the intersection
of Hobson Street and Wellington Street and proceeding
westerly along Wellington Street to Hepburn Street ;
thence southerly along Hepburn Street to Pictor Street ;
thence westerly along Pictor Street, Richmond Road,
and Richmond Hill to Richmond Avenue ; thence
southerly along Richmond Avenue to a turning circle
in Richmond Avenue at its intersection with Castle
Street.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Ballance Street, in the Borough
of Gisborne, Subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amend-
ment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, doth hereby authorize the Gisborne Borough Council to
permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule
hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not
less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged
green on the plan marked P.W.D. 135596, referred to in the said
Schedule, within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre-line of the said
street.


SCHEDULE

THAT proposed street in the Gisborne Land District, Borough of
Gisborne, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 23·9 perches, more
or less, being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 3667, being also part
Whataupoko 6 Block. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 135596, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Fixing Sittings of the Court of Appeal

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
November 1951

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS by the Judicature Amendment Act 1913 it is
enacted that the Court of Appeal shall hold its sittings
at such times and places as are from time to time appointed by the
Governor-General in Council and notified in the New Zealand
Gazette
twenty-one days at least before the times so fixed respectively,
and that such appointment shall determine the division by which
such sittings shall be held :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby appoints and declares that sittings of the Court of
Appeal of New Zealand shall be held within the Supreme Court
House, in the City of Wellington, upon the following days at eleven
o’clock in the forenoon, and hereby determines that such sittings
shall be held by the respective divisions of the said Court as are
shown hereunder :—

Monday the 10th day of March 1952 : By the First Division
of the said Court.

Monday the 9th day of June 1952 : By the Second Division
of the said Court.

Monday the 8th day of September 1952 : By the First Division
of the said Court.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District Brought Under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act 1928

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the
North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto
shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and
declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act,
and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Rotokakahi War
Memorial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as
a public domain.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 43, Block VIII, Whangape Survey District : Area, 9 acres,
more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by
section 59 of the Land Act 1948, and subject also to the reservations
imposed by section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have
been duly set apart as public reserves :

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s Bay :

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of
the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall
become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Hawke’s Bay, in trust, for public reserves.
