A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
SECOND SCHEDULE ROAD CLOSED APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 roods 17.9 perches. Adjoining Lot 22 and part Lot 23, D.P. 172, being part Allotment 206, Parish of Hautapu ; coloured green. All situated in Block V, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34368.) All in the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135731, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of November 1951.
