Land Taken for Post and Telegraph Purposes in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of December 1951.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 13·2 perches.
Being part Clendon’s Grant.
Situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36689.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135820, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of November 1951.
