Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the

General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th
day of December 1924 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
No. 81 of the 11th day of December 1924, and deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1482, in so far as it affects
Lot 31, D.P. 15368, being portion of Section 39, Hutt District.

Situated in the City of Lower Hutt and being part of the land
comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 507, folio 225,
and Volume 517, folio 73 (Wellington Land Registry).
