Amendments to Charts
- Previous Notice, No. 41 of 1947.
Position: Lat., 36° 49′.7 S.; long., 174° 46′.9 E. (approx).
Details: Stanley Bay Wharf is now 630 ft. in length, and the pecked line delineating the position demolished is to be expunged.
- Previous Notice, No. 39 of 1939.
Details: The black buoy shown at the north-west corner of the protected anchorage for yachts off Hobson Point does not exist and is to be expunged.
- Prohibited anchorage, Rangitoto Channel.
Details: The prohibited anchorage south-westward and southward of Rangitoto and indicated by pecked lines on the charts is to be expunged.

Fixing the Rates of Levy on Wool Produced in New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 12 (3) of the Wool Industry Act 1944, the New Zealand Wool Board doth hereby fix the rates of the levy to be charged in accordance with the provisions of the said Act on wool as defined in that Act for the season commencing the 1st day of October 1951, as follows:—
(a) For each bale, 3s. 6d.
(b) For each fadge, 1s. 9d.
(c) For each bag, 7d.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
EVIDENCE of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage 136135, affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 380, folio 187 (Auckland Registry), whereof PAUL VINCENT BERNASCONI, of Auckland, Motor Mechanic, was formerly the mortgagor, and ROBERT WILLIAM BROWN, of Auckland, Gentleman (now deceased), is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission and a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the outstanding copy thereof in terms of section 40, Land Transfer Act 1915, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such transmission and discharge on 28 September 1951.
