ALL that area of land in the Taranaki Maori Land Court District containing 36 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of the Waihi Kahakaharoa 1z Block, situate in Block V, Puketi Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered M.A. 1/3/57, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Manawatu Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 20th day of October, 1944, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 85 of the 26th day of October, 1944, at page 1288, whereby the land known as Ohau 3 Subdivision 10b Block, containing 57 acres 27 perches, more or less, situate in the Waiopehu Survey District, was declared to be subject to Part I of the said Act.
Dated at Wellington, this 31st day of August, 1951.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice made on the 30th day of June, 1941, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 56 of the 3rd day of July, 1941, at page 2051, whereby the land known as Rae o te Papa South 3b 2b 1 Block, containing 61 acres 2 roods 31 perches, more or less, situate in the Waitoa Survey District, was declared to be subject to Part I of the said Act.
