NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to subsection (4) of section 188 of the Mining Act, 1926, that the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been struck off the Register.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Hauraki Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 15th day of June, 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 45 of the 15th day of June, 1939, at page 1838, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land Court District containing 70 acres 3 roods 27 perches, more or less, being the land known as Rae o te Papa South 3A 1A, 3A 1B 1, and 3A 1B 2, and being the land formerly known as Rae o te Papa South 3A 1 Block, situate in Block IV, Waitoa Survey District.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Te Araroa Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 10th day of August, 1939, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 62 of the 17th day of August, 1939, at page 2181, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
SCHEDULE
THAT area of the land in the Tairawhiti Maori Land Court District containing 2 roods, more or less, being part of the land known as Tokata 5A Block, situate in Block XI, Matakaoa Survey District, and being more particularly delineated on the plan No. M.A. 1/4/24, deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Maori Affairs, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Wairau Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 28th day of March, 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 27 of the 9th day of April, 1931, at page 971, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 26th day of May, 1932, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 39 of the 2nd day of June, 1932, at page 1402, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 18th day of December, 1930, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 90 of the 23rd day of December, 1930, at page 3908, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936), were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Maori Land Board District containing 19 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, called or known as Opape 3W 5B 2 part and situate in Block V, Waiaua Survey District.
