TOKARAHI RABBIT BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Tokarahi Rabbit Board hereby resolves as follows :—

“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £3,500 of the Housing Loan, 1951, authorized to be raised by the Tokarahi Rabbit Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purchase of houses for the Board’s employees, the said Tokarahi Rabbit Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one and four hundred and eleven thousandths (1·411d.) of a penny upon each acre in the whole of the Tokarahi Rabbit District, and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable half-yearly on the first day of October and first day of April in each year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct extract from the minutes of proceedings of the Tokarahi Rabbit Board at a meeting held on Friday, 17th August, 1951.

TAKE notice that the partnership heretofore existing between William Archibald, of Rotorua, Merchant, and Bella Buchan Archibald (now Bella Buchan Penney), of Rotorua, Married Woman, trading in partnership at Rotorua under the names and styles of “ Malina Gowns ” and “ Modern Beauty Salon ” is hereby, by mutual consent, dissolved as from the 2nd day of April, 1951.

The partnership business will continue to be carried on by the said Bella Buchanan Penney at Rotorua, and all accounts owing to or by the partnership must be paid or rendered to the said Bella Buchan Penney.
